Offering Individual, Couple, and Family sessions
It is important to operate from a strengths-based perspective. In therapy, we often use Solution-Focused Therapy, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing approaches.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, one goal is to assist the client in becoming aware of inaccurate or negative thinking patterns so they can assess challenging situations more clearly, and respond to them in a more effective, healthier way.
Other aspects of CBT include: identifying ways to manage emotions, learning coping techniques, practicing communication skills, and interpersonal conflict resolution.

- Counseling sessions are available via Telehealth as well as in office visits.
- Secure and HIPPA-compliant Telehealth sessions are through SimplePractice.
-The client can choose their session style, and is welcomed to explore both modalities.

Because the office is sanitized between client sessions, please remain downstairs in the waiting area until called.
